6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after the final attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

7. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
If you receive a package that appears to be:

Do not accept the package.
Refuse delivery and inform us immediately at support@gainzgriid.in with photos and your order number. We will assist you with a replacement or refund, as per our return policy.
8. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.
