Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Discount vouchers or promotional codes used during checkout are valid for one-time use only and will be considered used even if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

  • If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact our support team as soon as possible. However, cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order processing status.


2. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns except in the following cases:

Return Not Applicable For:

  • Personal issues like:

    • Stomach upset

    • Headache

    • Flavour not suiting you

    • Taste differences compared to other brands

  • If the product seal is broken or tampered after delivery

  • If the product is partially consumed

  • Orders placed with offers/discounts/limited edition items (unless damaged or incorrect)

We strongly advise consulting a healthcare professional before purchasing any nutritional supplements.


3. Eligible Return Conditions

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You have received a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product

  • You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • You provide a complete unboxing video and clear images showing:

    • The product condition

    • Outer and inner packaging

    • Invoice

    • Product label with Batch Number

⚠️ Note: Without a valid unboxing video, your return request may be rejected.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return for a valid reason:

  1. Email us at support@gainzgriid.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Attach:

    • Unboxing video (from package seal breaking to product inspection)

    • Photos of:

      • Invoice

      • Product

      • Inner and outer packaging

      • Batch number

  3. Do not use the product until your return is verified.

  4. Wait for our team to respond within 48–72 business hours.


5. Conditions for Return Approval

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with the seal intact

  • The product must be shipped back (if asked) within the specified time frame

  • Any complaint raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return/refund

  • We reserve the right to deny returns/refunds for unsubstantiated claims


6. Refused / Missed Deliveries

If your order is returned to us due to:

  • Unavailability of the recipient

  • Wrong address

  • Refused delivery

Please contact our customer support team. We may:

  • Reship the order (subject to product availability), or

  • Issue a refund in the form of store credit or discount voucher


7. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed in one of the following forms:

  • Discount voucher (store credit)

  • Bank transfer (in exceptional cases, subject to approval)

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 business days.


8. Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards

  • Internet Banking

  • UPI

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Wallets (where applicable)

Payment Issue Resolution

If your account is charged but you did not receive an order confirmation, please email support@gainzgriid.in with:

  • Transaction reference number

  • Your email and phone number

  • Ordered product details

  • Amount debited

Our team will investigate and resolve the issue within 72 working hours.


9. Fraudulent Activity & Abuse of Policy

We are committed to serving genuine customers. However, some misuse instances include:

  • Repeated refusals of delivery

  • False claims of damaged products

  • Demanding refunds for personal preference issues

To protect all customers, Gainz Griid reserves the right to:

  • Decline support in case of misuse

  • Blacklist accounts involved in abusive behavior

  • Cancel suspicious orders at our discretion
